Life at The Oaks is being developed by Bradley N. Dicks, owner of Dicks Realty in Lake City and Subrandy Limited Partnership. Bradley Dicks is a riding enthusiast who had a vision to develop a world-class community in Columbia County, designed by and for equestrians. After discovering the perfect property filled with beautiful oak trees and rolling hills, Bradley started working with his brother, Andy Dicks, and his sister, Suzanne Davis, on creating a home for O’Connor Signature at The Oaks, the world’s first-ever branded equestrian facility.
